This is a rare chance to step in and help shape the future of a pharmacy your way, backed by the full support of a thriving Critical Access Hospital.

What we’re offering:

  • Sign-on bonus
  • Full benefits package – health, retirement, PTO & more
  • Rural Health Loan Repayment opportunities
  • The autonomy to lead, build, and grow a pharmacy from day one

Why MCHS:

We’re a growing, mission-driven health system investing in rural care when others are pulling back. You won’t be a number here – you’ll be a leader, a neighbor, and a difference-maker for families who count on us.

Why Elkhart:

Wide-open skies, no traffic, and a cost of living that lets your paycheck go further. We’re minutes from the Cimarron National Grassland – Kansas’s largest stretch of public land – with hunting, hiking, birding, and Santa Fe Trail history right in our backyard. It’s a safe, tight-knit, welcoming community where people still know your name.

Ready to lead? This is more than a job – it’s a chance to plant roots and build something that matters.
