Lisa Swenson is the Chief Executive Officer at Morton County Hospital, bringing more than 15 years of healthcare experience to her new role. She is looking forward to relocating to Elkhart, Kansas from Texas where she held a similar role as a Chief Executive Officer at a Critical Access Hospital.

While in Texas, Lisa focused on Market Development, Physician and Provider Relationships, Change Management, and Service Line Growth. She began her healthcare career as a Radiologic Technologist and has served as Director of Radiology and Interim CEO, prior to her appointment to Chief Executive Officer.

Swenson completed her undergraduate and graduate studies at Midwestern State University where she holds a master’s degree in Radiologic Sciences.

Outside of her passion for rural healthcare, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading mystery thrillers, and being an active member at her church.
