MCHS nursing staff provides 24 hour, compassionate, quality nursing care for patients of all ages. Our team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nurse Aides work together to provide physical, psychological, and emotional care to our patients and their families. The nursing staff is the core of the healthcare team on our Medical Unit, Skilled/Intermediate Swingbed Unit and staffs the Emergency Department 24 hours a day.
The nursing team works alongside our Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician’s Assistants, Respiratory Therapists, Pharmacy, Radiology Techs, Laboratory Techs, and Rehabilitation personnel to provide patient centered care.
The nursing staff at MCHS pursues and maintains specialized certifications which include Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Trauma Nursing Core Course. These certifications enable us to care for you and your loved ones to the best of our ability.
